An Egyptian god, Anubis was the god of the dead and the underworld in Old Kingdom Egypt. He was known as the Black Jackal, seen with either a jackal head or completely as a Jackal. With this pendant, Anubis is seen with a jackal head, he is holding an ankh cross which is known as the key of life.
